Nickel Alloy Inconel 600 617 plate / Inconel 601 625 sheets scrap. The alloy has a good cold, thermal forming performance, steel ingot forging heating temperature of 1120 °C. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature.The welding performance of the alloy is good, can use the tungsten electrode or the alloy as a material for argon arc welding in the protective atmosphere, or brazing connection and resistance seam welding. Surface treatment process: remove the alloy surface oxidation skin first alkali wash, and then in acid, hydrofluoric acid-aqueous solution pickling. When the amount of processing is greater than 15 % when the alloy is cold processed, annealed treatment is performed after hot processing.
